The biography of my first T shirt

Hello everyone...... I was out for a long tym... now I that am back..you can expect regular updates..

This time i am gonna talk about the first t shirt I designed for "age of empires"..the game.









Being frank, It all started when we turned bankrupt and became the "wing paupers" of our hostel.. my friend "ORKUT" ( thats his nick in IITM) had this burning desire to get his hands on an apparently mind-blowing Arsenal jersey. Being a die-hard arsenal fan, his desire increased proportionally with tym. MONEY MONEY MONEY!!!!. we needed it.... Then it hit us.... we were learning photoshop then... so we could use our skills to design a t shirt for "AOE" and " FIFA'08".
IITM had t shirts for counter strike and quake... but no one bothered to design one for aoe.. so was the state of fifa.. we stepped in.... And then started our journey, into the world of tshirt designing... Come along n join us....

Firstly.. colour of the shirt... BLACK was omnipresent... n v wanted to be diff... so we tried diff colors....and diff shades in each color. But it was getting diff to get clarity in the design with other colors.... WE REALISED THEN WHY PPL CHOOSE BLACK FOR DESIGNING....but never-the-less orkut planned for a white one though.
Now that we have chosen the color... we moved on...then comes paper work... a concept is the life of a t shirt, advertisement or a play. So we sat back and had brainstorming sessions... many sessions went fruitless.... but yeah... since then we started observing others' t shirts more keenly... the work done on them, the color combinations used, the inherent conceptz ...etc etc...
and with each day our observation skills honed...

Then after many dayz of raking our grey-matter... we finally came up with an idea each....and ha...this is just the beginning of things.. Yes, idea is a wonderful thing to get, but it doesn't get us any near to a t shirt innit?.. So, We started searching for picz in the net... you may say "big deal..google is a god of all searches!!" ... but we beg to differ... google may look like an ocean to the 'frogs in the well' ...but the picz from google are of very low quality.. n T shirt designing needs a lot more than that...

We couldn't get any proper picz for many days... there were instances where we got frustrated, agitated and rebellious. We felt like banging the comp. Even dumping the idea was a valid choice in those times. But we stood up for each other n encouraged one another....thanx to orkut. Finally, one day.. our efforts finally gave in n we found two sexy picz...

We started editing the picz according to our needz n requirements.....and mean the while.. we needed a caption...

Brains together again..fruitless discussions again.. we were searching for a caption which has "a recklessness" and also a "punch" in it... until... I was eating one day with these thoughts in ma mind... and suddenly "the matrix " (movie) came to ma mind.. Neo says "bullshit !" in it...n it had a tinge of recklessness.. so i picked up the word.. And i designed the caption around it ..

wanna know what it is ?..

i know it is great... :P
done with this i had to make choices regarding where to put the caption and the fonts for it.. search search search.... and i finally finished the design...

Now we are at this stage.... more precisely "post designing " stage...

we are finding the rates required to get it printed.. wil update u guys soon..

Murphy's laws are interestingly very true... they have many interesting and comic analogies in real life.... here a few for you..... but lemme state the laws themselves first...

If anything can go wrong, It will!!

Attention is Addictive.......

Anything and everything below is purely real. But any coincidence with anyone's lives is deeply regretted. The motto of this is to purely serve as an eye-opener.

No offense intended.

A Girl and Boy got close to each other owing to the fortunate turn of events in their lives. And as time passed by... they realized that they got so very close that they actually fell in love with each other. They proposed .. and then settled into a romantic relationship. The relationship sustained the test of time for long. And all along this period, the boy has always been talking to other girls. And has had many female-friends. His lady-love never really cribbed about it until........

Two and a half years later, she suddenly started feeling insecure. She sensed a non-existent lack of attention. And guess what she did out of this frustration??? She started speaking in satires. The boy once said something about one of his friends dumping his girl for another pretty young thing ...and our lady here says "just like you innit?" ... ahhh. Things passed by and the time tested relationship started fading... both of them felt uncomfortable due the other's presence....and finally.....

They broke-up.

WHY WHY WHY???

Why do such things happen ma friends?.. Apparently if we cross examine the general life of the girl in consideration, (i mean the life which doesn't involve the boy), then we find that she has made a new friend in her college. And she has been regularly updating her with what happens between him and her daily. Now it should be apparently clear to you what might've happened..... ??? clearly its the Influence of friends

I found all this pretty foolish. Agree or Disagree??... Then few days later,when I was casually shopping in a mart, I found this mom n son who were heatedly arguing about whether the son should get a particular chocolate or not. The mother denied him strongly and finally slapped him, who obviously started crying involuntarily. Then, both of them left the mart. I quickly followed them to see what will happen. Interestingly, A crippled beggar came walking along the street and begged them for alms. The mother immediately dropped a five rupee coin into his bowl.....

This fired a thought in me. Isn't this situation similar to the one above it? if the boy were to start crying that his mom loves the beggar more than himself...then what else can u call him rather than "foolish'???...

I say.. Everyone gets the attention which he/she should in a certain person's eyes. Do whatever.. you wont get a morsel more. An attempt to get more would just take you further down in his/her eyes. Then why crave for it?....

As I said earlier ma friends, Search yourself ..Be urself...and Attention will follow.


Attention is addictive... do not fall it's prey.
